3-Course Gluten-Free Menu with Michelin Star plating techniques! Welcoming Fall 2020!

Cooking With Tasha: Gluten-Free Zoom Class featuring panisse (chick pea fritters) served with fresh lemon and skewered grilled shrimp, roasted fennel and cherry tomatoes as well as chocolate and raspberry towers. I will give you tips on how to plate your courses, in the style of Michelin Star restaurants!

Prepare your mis-en-place (your ingredients, measured) ahead of the session, grab your favorite drinks, and get ready to join a fun virtual cooking party! Please note our class begins at 4 PM Pacific, 7:00PM Eastern on September 27th. An ingredient list, prep list and recipes will be emailed to you.

In addition, for the plating demos, I will be using extra large forceps (tweezers), stop top grill, 4 inch round, cookie cutter, piping bag with star tip, off set spatula and squeeze bottle.
